RETURN POLICY

 

Effective date: November 20, 2025


At BL'NK Effect, we are dedicated to offering high-quality products and a great shopping experience. We understand that returns may sometimes be necessary, therefore we have made our return process as easy as possible for your convenience.

Procedure
1. To start your return, please email us at info@blinqeffect.com with our order number and email address when the order was placed. Please be aware that BL'NK EFFECT does not provide return labels or pay for return shipping costs.

2. Wait until a representative from BL'NQ EFFECT acknowledges the request for a return before moving on to the next steps. The shipping address will be provided then.

3. Package your items securely in a shipping box or envelope. Envelopes and shipping boxes are not provided by BL'NQ EFFECT.

4. Take your items to your post carrier.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund within 10 business days to the original payment method, minus the original shipping cost at the time of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
Lash Kits, Lash Adhesives and Lash Removers: Returns are eligible for products in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with the tamper seal sticker intact. Should the tamper seal sticker be broken or tampered with, the product cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

Application Accessories: Application accessories, such as but not limited to lash applicators (tweezers) and lash scissors, are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you qualified and received a complimentary gift at the time of your original order, the value of the free product will be deducted from your return unless your order still qualifies for the gift.

For orders with multiple items in a package deal or promotions, if you return one or more items, the remaining items will be charged at their full price as they are no longer part of the original package deal or promotions. The total price will be adjusted accordingly based on the returned items.

 

You can return items within 15 days from the delivery date. Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

Shipping: If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to info@blinqeffect.com within 5 business days of delivery date. Any requests made after that will not be accepted.

Pick-up: If your product is damaged, please reach out to info@blinqeffect.com within 48 hours of the pick-up date. Any requests made after that will not be accepted.
