What is your return policy? Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lash segments or adhesives once they have been opened or used. However, if your order is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What if I received a damaged or defective product? We take product quality seriously! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order? Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast shipping. Therefore, a return will have to be done once you receive your products.
